Prior to booking, here’s what our process looks like:
- We share a wedding inspiration packet, highlighting our offerings.
- A phone consultation to understand what you want for your ceremony/reception. We want to know about your greatest dreams and all your visions for your big day.
A scheduled appointment to visit our dreamy Denver wedding venue.
Once the consultation is complete, we then proceed to scheduling an appointment. Since our scheduled site visits and event dates fill up quickly, appointments are booked several weeks in advance.
We schedule tours Monday through Friday 9 am – 4 pm and on weekends, we book Saturdays and Sundays by appointment, only due to scheduled events. Since it’s a special occasion, we do like to have all couples present, as well as any other members making decisions throughout the process.
After Reserving your Ceremony…
- We will arrange a meeting with our in-house coordinating specialist team to turn your vision into a reality, and our talented team will be by your side through every step to coordinate your plans.
- You will also be presented with many value-added options from all our seasoned partners and vendors.
- Next, your choice of partners will be introduced to you. Our catering partner will also reach out to offer a tasting for two people.
- Coordination of all timelines, details, and vendors will be planned and finalized.
- At any point of time, remember you have unlimited access to our very own professional consultants.
Preparation for Your Special Day…
- We will arrange an event manager, who will solely be responsible for you, your events and everything around it.
- Rehearsal run-through will be executed before the big day.
